What is vinyl heat press?
Vinyl printing involves cutting your design from high-quality vinyl sheets and then
heat-pressing it onto the garment.
Is there a minimum order for vinyl printing?
There’s no strict minimum, but we generally recommend at least 5–10 items for it
to be cost-effective.
Vinyl printing is ideal for smaller orders or when you need fast turnaround.
What types of designs are best for vinyl printing?
Vinyl is best for simple single solid colour designs eg; Logo, text & numbers.
If you have a multiple colour design digital printing will be a more suitable option.
What file formats do you need for vinyl printing?
We need vector files such as:
- .AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- .EPS
- .PDF
All text should be outlined.
How durable is vinyl printing?
Vinyl prints are very durable and can last through many washes without fading,
cracking, or peeling when cared for properly.
To maintain the quality:
• Wash garments inside out, on a cold cycle
• Avoid tumble drying, line dry instead
• Do not iron directly over the vinyl print
How long does vinyl printing take?
Turnaround time for vinyl printing is typically 5–7 business days, depending on
order size and complexity.
